The Prophecies of the Lord’s Return Have Already Come True: Have You Welcomed Him?
The last month of 2020 has nearly passed, but the pandemic has still been spreading. In addition, disasters such as hurricanes and earthquakes have also struck severely. Faced with these disasters, many people have perceived that this is the fulfillment of the prophecies of the Lord Jesus’ return and that the Lord should return. So have you welcomed the Lord? If not, is it because we have not yet found the way to successfully greet the Lord? Then what is the successful path on this matter?
Recall when the Lord Jesus came to work, the Samaritan woman heard the Lord reveal her secrets buried in her heart and thus recognized His identity and welcomed the coming Messiah; Nathanael also recognized the Lord Jesus after hearing the Lord Jesus speak of his matter under the fig tree. Did you notice that they both have one thing in common, that is, they recognized the Lord by listening to His voice. Just as God said, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:27).“[S]ince we are searching for the footprints of God, it behooves us to search for God’s will, for the words of God, for His utterances — because wherever there are new words spoken by God, the voice of God is there, and wherever there are the footsteps of God, God’s deeds are there. Wherever there is the expression of God, there God appears, and wherever God appears, there the truth, the way, and the life exist. In seeking God’s footprints, you have ignored the words ‘God is the truth, the way, and the life.’ And so, many people, even when they receive the truth, do not believe that they have found God’s footprints, and still less do they acknowledge the appearance of God. What a grave mistake!”
It can be seen that listening to the voice of God is the successful path of welcoming the Lord. Now some people are testifying that the Lord has returned. Will you follow this successful path to welcome the Lord?
